Behind the scenes, TransHives will send invitations to get
data from your team (first-time only), receive applications from candidates and apply
intelligence. Then,
TransHives will generate a proactively ranked candidate list in real-time.
Most of the evaluations happen through TransHives T360, a 17-question proprietary test by
TransHives, that helps to evaluate candidates for the unique fit to the future manager & team
and relevant cognitive skills. TransHives will consider the answers and system interactions
(such as the time taken to answer) to generate an objective score for their attempt.
Once you have received enough applications, you can either
hire the top-ranked candidate or resume the remaining steps of the recruitment pipeline with the
set of top-ranking candidates.
